Right of Withdrawal

Statutory period

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

COMOCLO contractually extends this period to 30 days and covers the return costs throughout the European Union.

How to exercise your right

Inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, before the period expires, by e-mail to contact@comocloshop.com or by telephone on +33 9 70 70 79 42.

Consequences

If you withdraw, we will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same means of payment.

Returning the products

You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. The products must be unworn and unwashed, with their original labels and packaging. Return costs are covered by us throughout the European Union: we will send you a prepaid label.

Exclusions

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised, or to goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.
