Returns and Refunds
You have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). COMOCLO goes further: we give you 30 days, and we cover the return costs.

How to make a return
Contact us at contact@comocloshop.com or on +33 9 70 70 79 42 with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Return address: COMOCLO — 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.
Return costs
Return costs are covered by us throughout the European Union, thanks to the prepaid label we send you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail. You will be refunded to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the return or proof of its dispatch, including standard delivery costs.
Non-returnable items
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the following cannot be returned: personalised or made-to-measure products, unwrapped underwear and hygiene items, and gift cards.
Legal guarantees
All items are covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and by the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil). A defective product will be taken back or refunded.
