COMOCLO designs men's essentials made from selected materials (linen, cotton, suede, leather). The aim: well-judged cuts and pieces that last, without the big retailers' prices.

Yes. Every item is covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and by the guarantee against hidden defects. If an item is faulty, we will take it back or refund it.

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, via our secure payment provider Stripe. All payments are SSL-encrypted and protected by 3D Secure.

A confirmation e-mail is sent straight after your purchase, followed by a second one with the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please remember to check your spam folder.

Orders are prepared within 24 hours on working days. After that, delivery takes 8 to 12 working days with Standard, 3 to 5 working days with Rapide+ and 2 to 3 working days with Express++.

Standard delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Rapide+ costs €6.99 and becomes free on orders of €110 or more; Express++ costs €9.99 and becomes free on orders of €280 or more.

A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your customer account.

Yes. The law provides for fourteen days; we give you 30 days from receipt. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.

No. We cover return costs throughout the European Union: we send you a prepaid label.

Clothing from XS to XXL, shoes in EU sizes (40, 41, 42…). If in doubt, write to us: we will advise you on the right size for the style.

Linen and cotton: gentle wash at 30°C. Suede: brush and waterproofing spray. Leather: soft cloth and nourishing cream. Store away from direct light and damp.
